JMC is a co-educational secondary school in the Jesuit tradition. The college opened its doors for enrolment to a pioneer class in October 2013. Today, JMC has over 371 boys and girls from Basic Seven to Senior Secondary School 1 (SSS1). It is a full boarding school, with teaching and supervision from members of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in collaboration with the Sisters of the Holy Child Jesus (SHCJ) and dedicated lay teachers and staff from different religious and cultural backgrounds

Upon receipt of the enrolment form we will contact you to arrange an interview with the principal.

Yes. An administration fee of N8,800.00 must accompany the Enrolment Application.

An enrolment bond of N50,000.00 is required upon accepting the enrolment of their child or children at St JMC’s School. The enrolment bond will then be credited to the first term school fees.
Please note the enrolment bond is non-refundable.

The school follows an enrolment criteria which is available to read on this web site in the enrolment section.
• Siblings of children already enrolled have first enrolment priority followed by
• Catholic children within the parish; then by
• Catholic children outside the parish and finally
• Children from other Christian faith traditions..
The principal makes the final decision regarding all matters of enrolment.

Religious Education is taught both as a Key Learning Area and as an integral component of all school activities. The direct teaching component is approximately 30 minutes per day.

Is your school a private / independent school?

No. Jesuit Memorial College (JMC) is a Catholic and Jesuit school.

This varies from class to class but most classes are between 25 – 30 students per class.

Yes. Our school is registered with the Commonwealth to enroll overseas students.
